Hi Edith, Congrats on the big move, Fret not about the cooking, you are in a wonderful place headed into fresh fruit and veggie season, Salad, pasta, wine, and cheese...you don't need much more in life..except for love and you seem to have that too. PS add Snowboard to the list of things to do while you are there and gett over to Cinque Terre, Devon and I were there for part of our honeymoon (eons ago), very lovely place.
